Regional Administrative Operations Supervisor Plano, Texas The Regional Administrative Operations Supervisor provides coaching, development and leadership for the regional support staff across two offices (Plano and San Francisco), direct administrative support for the Regional Vice President and Sales Managers, in addition to holding general office management responsibilities. The ROS provides the sales support team with guidance in setting priorities, organizing work and developing support and sales skills. They establish project priorities in conjunction with the account teams and provide performance management to support staff by establishing expectations and coaching in order to develop appropriate levels of skill and knowledge required. Please note: This position does not sell, manage sales professionals, or sales processes. It is not responsible for P&L or a quota. It provides frontline management for an administrative sales support staff. Responsibilities: - This position will be charged with leading, coaching and developing the Greater West sales support team, based in Plano, Texas and San Francisco, California - It will be responsible to prioritize and manage the needs of the Sales Management team. - Sales Process execution: Account alignment and clarification activities, Revenue changes within internal systems, Update Regional and Team 4 Boxes, RFP oversights, etc. - General office management responsibilities of two offices - Employee- related activities for region - Development of sales focus for SAS’s - Member of Regional Leadership Team - Marketing initiatives and program support Requirements: The successful candidate will possess: - A minimum of 5 years business experience, preferably in a sales support position. - Prior supervisory experience, particularly of those in sales support roles is required, and preference will be given to those with evidence of managing geographically dispersed teams. - Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills - Proof of supervisory and team management skills - Documented effective organizational skills - Computer literate: Microsoft Office experience required (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Demonstrated database Management Programs (SFDC, etc.) - Experience working with Internet research site (Hoovers, LinkedIn, Jigsaw, etc.) - A high school diploma is required, although preference will be given for those with more advanced education.
