Digital Publishing Assistant

The Digital Publishing Assistant is responsible for maintaining e-book workflow, monitoring inventory at our e-bookselling partners, and backlist e-book digitization projects. 


  • Oversee frontlist and backlist e-book publication
  • Monitor e-book vendor inventory and pricing
  • Maintain internal records of e-book creation, delivery, and sales
  • Oversee the creation and collection of abstracts and keywords for selected titles
  • Assist in metadata creation and maintenance
  • Other duties, as required

Additional Requirements​​

Education, Experience or Certifications:


  • Bachelor's degree required.  
  • Graduate work preferred.  


  • A minimum two years of related experience required.    
  • Experience using e-books preferred.

Technical Knowledge or Skills:

  • Microsoft Office.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

  • Requires extensive keyboard and mouse use.
