Assistant Director of Arts Management Program

["• Recruitment of students including including communicating with and supporting incoming students through the application process.\r\n• Represent the program in appropriate venues including open houses, recruitment fairs, external/community arts events and organizations.\r\n• Work with CAS communications to ensure that program collateral materials (print and electronic) are current and attractive to potential students. \r\n• Assist and advise faculty Director in developing & monitoring department course scheduling policies & procedures. \r\n• Update course schedules for department in University system ensuring there is appropriate instructional personnel & the instructional budget has not been exceeded.\r\n• Assist students with registration conflicts or problems. Coordinate budget matters for various activities. Act as signatory authority on all accounts, review budgets, & arrange budget revisions. \r\n• Complete any eReq’s, procurement card, or paper transactions. Serve as resource & provide direction & assistant to the Director & faculty on the proper procedures & guidelines related to the use of budgeted funds. Maintain systems of all financial accounts.\r\n• Complete personnel transactions, honoraria, and other payments as well as execute contract letters for adjunct instructors, visiting scholars, and other temporary personnel associated with the program."]
