Assistant Director of Regional Programs

Buffalo, New York ~ March 18, 2020

Under the general leadership of the University at Buffalo’s Associate Vice President for Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving, the Assistant Director for Regional Programs will be responsible for the alumni engagement strategy and program development for the university’s regional networks. The Assistant Director will oversee programs and support volunteer initiatives that drive engagement across the university enterprise, including collaborating with unit-based alumni engagement staff, athletics and advancement colleagues.
• Implement and manage goal-driven engagement strategies for alumni (and friends) who reside outside of the Buffalo Niagara region and within the United States.
• Lead the strategic growth and stewardship of regional networks using data analytics to target alumni participation.
• Manage the coordination and logistical planning (creation to execution to follow-up) of engagement events in targeted geographic regions.
