Sales Coordinator

Flowhaven’s US office is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join its growing team in Santa Monica, California. Please note, that previous experience in the licensing industry is required! If you do not have at least one current or previous job in the licensing space, you will not be considered.

In this position, you will introduce Flowhaven’s industry-leading brand licensing SaaS software to companies spanning film, television, gaming, animation, publishing, and sports.

In the beginning, your role as a Sales Coordinator will be focused on researching licensing-related companies, cold-calling, booking meetings, and presenting demos of the software. Flowhaven offers a bonus structure based on booked meetings and qualified leads.

This position offers a rapid growth opportunity for the individual looking to grow as a sales professional. Proving your ability to generate qualified leads and demonstrate strong negotiation skills, you will be able to take more responsibilities across the sales process, from negotiations, closing deals, and representing the company at industry expos in the US.

This position reports directly to the US Sales Director.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Research appropriate prospect customers and contacts via social channels, licensing industry publications and licensing industry events
  • Identify and engage prospect customers through cold-calls and product demos
  • Book meetings and demonstrations
  • Support the sales team with administrative activities
  • Document and maintain a consistently growing and healthy sales pipeline using Salesforce
  • Become a licensing operations subject matter expert quickly and continue to deepen your knowledge of the Flowhaven solution over time

In order to succeed in this role you must have:

  • Licensing industry experience
  • Experience in b2b / SaaS sales
  • Experience with / understanding of Salesforce
  • A positive and energetic sales attitude with a team player mindset
  • Willingness to further your knowledge of the licensing industry, the Flowhaven product and its competition in the marketplace
  • Excitement around the process of generating conversations that turn into partnerships
  • Organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills with the ability to inspire action at all levels of a licensing prospect’s organization
  • Experience in brand licensing is required
